Dennis Holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Louisville, and a Masters Degree in Administration from Washington University (St.  Louis).  He has managed small and large corporations, and successfully led multi-million dollar fund raising campaigns for non-profit organizations.  As an adjunct professor, he has lectured in several university graduate schools.  

During his career he has negotiated numerous commercial real estate transactions with values as high as $250,000,000. He is a Certified Estate Specialist, Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (USPAP qualified) with extensive court experience, Accreditated Auctioneer of Real Estate and licensed real estate broker.
